Ubuntu Request Tracker
Have you had the unfortunate need of having to contact the Request Tracker (rt@ubuntu.com)? If you have, you probably know what I mean when I say it can be a very frustrating thing to do.
When I started the ubuntu-cell mailing list, it took about 2 months to get a reply (not get it done, just a reply). Now, with the need of hosting for the PS3 Port, I’m pretty sure it won’t take any less time. 1 month and 6 days … And counting!
Seriously, does anyone else besides me thinks this is absurd?

I was just handed responsibility of accepting/rejecting lists for ubuntu.com last week and have cleared out most of the queue, I will be checking the requests at least once per day from now on.
Yes, i’m waiting in RT 2 months (or 3) for the ubuntu-pe planet and nothing yet.
Have you considered using Launchpad to host your mailing lists?
Kiko, I’m not asking for a Mailing List this time. When I asked for the PS3 mailing list, the feature was still in beta.
reCaptcha is freaking out. I deactivated the plugin until they fix it.
So true …
